Mary DeWalt Design group took home the gold for merchandising at the 2008 Best of 50+ Housing Awards competition during the 2008 Building for Boomers & Beyond: 50+ Housing Symposium in New Orleans, La.   The award winning model was for Spicewood Development, The Pavillion, Teravista, Austin.  They were also presented with two silver awards for Meritage Homes, The Armstrong, Mueller, Austin and Spicewood Development, The Arcadia, Teravista, Austin.
